Looking for a versatile and durable bag that can keep up with your busy lifestyle? The Bogg Bag has become one of my favorite organization tools not just for the beach, but for everyday life.
But here’s the thing most people miss: The bag itself isn’t what makes it so useful. It’s how you organize it.
The same systems we use to organize closets, pantries, and playrooms also work inside everyday bags.

WHAT IS THE BOGG BAG?
The Bogg Bag is a large, durable tote bag that is perfect for a variety of activities. It is made from a durable, washable material that can withstand the wear and tear of everyday use, and comes in a range of stylish colors and patterns.
Four years ago I came across this fabulous bag. It was one of those stop-you-dead-in-your-tracks moments. We were at a pool party and one of the moms there had it. Looking back, she no doubt was like who is this crazy lady obsessed with my bag.
When it comes to organization, it’s no surprise that anything that can keep one organized gets me excited. The level of excitement I had for this bag was off the charts. I had to know what this bag was and how to get it.
With its spacious interior and multiple pockets, the Bogg Bag is perfect for carrying everything from beach towels and sunscreen to groceries and gym clothes. Whether you’re heading to the beach, running errands, or just need a reliable tote bag, the Bogg Bag is the perfect choice.
FEATURES OF THE BOGG BAG
The Bogg Bag is designed with a variety of features that make it a versatile and practical choice for any activity. It is made from a durable, washable material that can withstand the wear and tear of everyday use, and comes in a range of stylish colors and patterns.
The bag features a spacious interior with a removable insert that can be used to separate items or keep them organized. It also has multiple pockets, including two on the outside and three on the inside, providing ample storage space for all your essentials.
The Bogg Bag also has sturdy, comfortable handles that make it easy to carry, even when it’s fully loaded.
Organization works best when systems come first.
The reason the Bogg Bag works so well is because it allows you to create zones inside the bag — just like we do in kitchens, closets, and playrooms.

Keeps Its Shape
Say goodbye to endless searches! Because of the material used, this bag will not collapse, period. The ADHD in me loves this bag for that reason. We’ve all been there with a bag that loses its shape and it’s frustrating, it’s hard to find what you need when that happens.
Easy To Clean
The rubber material is a game-changer, it’s just like a pair of Crocs but a bag. You can set the bag down anywhere and not worry about the bottom of it getting soaked or dirty because it will dry off or you can spray it down, especially when it comes to sand! All it takes is a good rinse, you can also say goodbye to find sand in your bag months later.
Size
The bogg bag comes in two different sizes. A large and small. The large is the one that we have and it can hold so much, from towels to snacks, to toys, it all fits, and you feel like Mary Poppins.
The handles are long and large so you can carry it over your shoulder comfortably.
Flexible Liners
Two plastic liners come with the bag, a small and a large. They come in very handy for those items that you want to find quickly without doing an endless search for example your keys and phone.
Each liner has plastic connectors that attach to the bag. You can have them attached on the inside, or outside or just have them lying in the bag.
With the larger liner, we keep sunscreen in there. The bag is quite large and can fit a handful of sizes there. For example, we are Costco shoppers and typically get family-size Neutrogena sunscreen bottles that are very tall and fit perfectly in the bag.
BENEFITS OF USING THE BOGG BAG
There are many benefits to using the Bogg Bag. Firstly, its durable and washable material ensures that it can withstand the wear and tear of everyday use, making it a practical choice for any activity.
Additionally, the spacious interior and multiple pockets provide ample storage space for all your essentials, while the removable insert allows you to keep items organized.
Plus, with a range of stylish colors and patterns to choose from, the Bogg Bag is a fashionable accessory that can compliment any outfit.
HOW TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN YOUR BAG
To keep your Bogg Bag looking and functioning at its best, it’s important to clean and maintain it regularly. Simply wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap, and rinse thoroughly with water. For tougher stains, you can use a soft-bristled brush and a gentle cleaning solution.
To maintain the bag’s shape, be sure to store it in a cool, dry place when not in use. With proper care, your Bogg Bag can last for years to come.
TIPS FOR USING YOUR BOGG BAG FOR DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES
The Bogg Bag is a versatile and functional bag that can be used for a variety of activities. For a day at the beach, pack your towels, sunscreen, and snacks in the large main compartment. Use the smaller pockets for your phone, keys, and other essentials.
If you’re heading to the gym, the Bogg Bag can hold your workout clothes, shoes, and water bottle. And for running errands, use the bag to carry your groceries, shopping finds, and other items.
With its spacious design and multiple pockets, the Bogg Bag is the perfect companion for any activity.
Since getting this bag, I’ve used it for a variety of things including kids’ sports games, and bringing it to every project we have.
1. Soccer Games
This bag still comes in handy to this day for game day. I like to keep snacks in the clear bin so they’re easy to access and don’t get squished. If you’ve ever opened a broken cereal bar for a child, you know the traumatic meltdown that can occur 😉

2. Golf Outing
The only time my husband and I have golfed together in the past two years has been with the bogg bag. It fit perfectly on the back of the golf course. Snacks and water were accessible and it was easy to toss in extra layers so we wouldn’t forget them.

3. Organizing Projects
This bag comes with me on every single project. It’s where I keep all the supplies. I use these tall smart store inserts inside to keep pens, post-its, and markers together.

HOW TO ORGANIZE THE BOGG BAG
Now that you have the bag (or are thinking about getting one), the next step is creating a system inside it. Just like organizing a pantry or closet, the goal is simple: Make items easy to find and easy to put back.
After using this bag for several years, these are the configurations that have worked best.
Before diving into the different configurations, here are some quick tips:
- Move the liners to the outside of the bogg bag
This will free up more space and you won’t have to worry about things getting caught. Plus, they’re easier to access on the outside. Then from there, pack the small items such as keys or bracelets.
The large liner works great for sunscreen, toys, books, or a large phone.
- Use a clear bin for any snacks or toys
This idesign bin fits perfectly in the bag. It keeps all the snacks together and is easy to access. These bins stack on one another which comes in handy when you need to pack more.
Plus when you get back home, all you have to do is take out the bin to put anything that is leftover away. It’s the little things that make a big difference.
- Fold towels twice over
Fold the towels until they really can’t fold anymore, similar to the Marie Kondo folding method. Then put them in the bag vertically.
Clear Bin
This clear 8″ square bin fits perfectly in this bag. Having this bin in the bag is great for the pool when trying to keep things organized. All that has to be done is take it out of the bag and set it on the table or by the lounging chair and you can find what you need quickly.
Small containers like this are one of the easiest ways to create organization anywhere — inside a bag, a drawer, or a cabinet.

Zippered Mesh Bags
These mesh bags fit great in the bogg bog and give you a little more flexibility than the bin. The material conceals the items yet makes them visible. These bags are weather resistant making them great for the pool or any outdoor activity when unexpected rain shows up.
Adding labels to these bags keeps everything organized.

Clear Bin With Lid
These clear bins come with a lid giving them the ability to stack within the bogg bag. Even though these rectangular bins take up most of the space in the bag, there is still room at the end for other items such as a water bottle and a wallet.

Final Thoughts
The Bogg Bag has become one of my favorite tools for staying organized on the go. It’s durable, easy to clean, and large enough to carry everything from pool gear to project supplies. But like any organizing tool, the real magic happens when you build a simple system inside the bag.
